Visa - are you driving the V6 currently? I'll be interested how the upgraded 4cyl compares in the new Taco.

Yep, my current Taco is a V6 SR5, and I am very interested in the performance difference between engines as well. I shall report back after tomorrow.

Off road tires that look like actual off road tires is all I have planned for now, but we will see.

The black out costs about $200, so what's the other $4000? For that much you could have gotten the upgrade w/options! That being said, you now have a 2024 Taco that you really wanted, so congrats!

It seems like nearly all of the OR's delivered so far have the predator steps installed.

My 19 came with something similar, but I took them off in the first week. I will probably leave these steps on though, because I got hit on my motorcycle last year and my leg was broken in 3 places and is still healing.

Oh man, those distributor installed options are brutal. I'm waiting for a hybrid, so I'm hoping my dealer can show me a copy of a bill of sale for a gas model in the near future so I can see what I'm up against on distributor and dealer options. Maybe I can avoid them if I know what to expect.

No, long bed has more bed length ahead of the axle.

It's definitely a short bed; the long bed has the extra foot between the read of the cab and the front of the fender flare.
