Anyone know how to remove front bumper?

Hey guys so I heard you need to remove the whole front bumper to install fog lights on our trucks. Anyone know how to or have some tips and tricks on removing it? I’ll probably be able to figure it out but any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
