That’s what the tailgate on my 2019 super white looked like before they repainted it. 6 years later and they still can’t get it right.

@whitelat is this ice cap or windchill pearl? I seen an ice cap 2024 OF Prem (new) on the showroom floor with a hair under the paint; build date was 10/24. And more blemishes on the roof. A newly delivered 2025 with Windchill Pearl was perfect, no issues found.

Overall I'm not impressed with the paint quality on any new Toyota...

White is a HARD color to match. Unless they paint the whole truck or do a good blend job, I would live with it. Talk to a paint professional first. Maybe some of that can be buffed out?

Either it wasn't cleaned properly before paint, or there were contaminants in the paint itself. At the very least you should take it to a dealership and voice your concerns. Make sure to get something in writing to start a document trail. I doubt they're going to do anything at this time, but it may help you later on if the paint starts to fail.

There are definitely problems with white 4th gen's paint, because those and Underground seem to get the most complaints.

@whitelat's truck clearly has debris under the paint, so it must not have been properly prepared. My Terra paint is virtually perfect and it is hard to understand why only some colors were not painted correctly.

I would look really closely at any 4th gen's paint before signing the papers, and look really closely at the colors with the most issues. If you see paint like the OP's then I would just move on to another truck.

I had always thought white is one of the easier colors to match and blend.
Maybe not.
