I recently purchased new wheels and tires for my Tacoma. I reused the TPMS factory sensors. However, I replaced the valve stems with TPMS valve stems. Now I'm getting the dreaded TPMS warning light in my dashboard. Has anyone else experienced this and how can I get that light to go away again using factory TPMS?

You may need to go through the TPMS calibration procedure in the manual.

They should still work. They might just need to be relearned to the truck. Take it to a tire shop, have them scan all the sensors to make sure one didn't get broken in the process of moving them, and have them relearn them to the truck.

What is a "TPMS valve stem"? The TPMS is the sensor in the wheel. The valve stem is not the TPMS.

OP may have meant valve stems compatible with the sensors as opposed to stems you can get that don't have the post for the sensor to mount to.
