2025's on the ground - additional discounts on 2024's?

What is everyone seeing in regards to discounts on 2024 Models now that 2025's are sitting on dealer's lots? Specifically 2024 Offroad Premiums w/ Hybrid.

Anyone anticipating additional discounts from Toyota in February?

I think discounting will be harder to come by as dealers will play the buy now at x price or wait and pay 20% higher prices with new tariffs.

In the Midwest I'm seeing 3500-4500 off new 24 with TH or OR premium that were used by management in the 1500-3k mile range being discounted up to 7500 off sticker. I bought my 25 Pro 4100 off sticker. I'm seeing 3k range off loaded OR 25's and TH new. I just bought my truck 1-31 it was built in Jan 25 as well. Wasn't on dealers lot 2 weeks. I've not8ced it depends on dealer. Sone almost laughed when I asked about discounts on 24, others got right to business and we're cutting 25 model prices. After I ghosted a few that weren't coming down much they dropped 7k off a few high trim 24's few days later. I drove 3 hrs to 1 way to get my truck but was willing to fly one way 1000 miles if I needed too. Both to save the money and to respond to local dealers that i made a purchase under msrp when they reached out later. Hold the line their are deals out there.
