I thought it might be an artifact from the 2023 model because the statement doesn't change if you switch to 2023 in the builder. Regardless, the digital mirror is not available on the 2024 Canadian version.

Heads up display is also not available.

They haven't released full specs for Limited, Pro or Trailhunter. I imagine the digital mirror and hud will come on those trims. Regardless, making claims one way or the other is just speculation for now I suppose.

Concerning the Digital Mirror. I drove a new Buick last summer with it. I didn't like it. I had trouble focusing my old eyes on it. Luckily it could be switched to a normal reflected image.
