I'm still really pleased with the 819's. I added Tacoyaki's info to my comparison table, I also updated that my weight was actually 900-930 lbs (finally got to a CAT scale after doing my interior build, previously I was estimating 850 lbs but I underestimated my interior).

It's interesting about the compression limits of the springs though.
Would you be able to take a pic of the 819s with your 930 lb load to see how much compression travel there is between coils? This would be good data.

Here’s a photo of rear left 819 spring with probably 930-950 lbs (still had some water in the back).

I wanted to try lifting the tire to the max but wasn’t sure the best way to do that. I have a floor jack but don’t have any ramps or anything, maybe sometime I could find a rock to back up onto.

Those tempered glass side panels are pretty nice!

Looks like you still have a decent amount of spring compression. The top coils are for compressed, so your springs are effectively linear instead of progressive now, but looks fine.

I have glass panels all around too.đź‘Ť

Update: loaded up the truck with more stuff, almost full tank of water, etc. (I also installed Cali Raised sliders since I originally measured).

Rear height is down to 23.75", so the additional load dropped it another 0.75".

Will report back after some miles are put on with all this weight.

I have a Tune on a 6ft bed. Weighed in at 600 lbs in scale. I built my kitchen setup, but tried to keep it lightweight. With all the other stuff/gear and water, I estimate I'm ~1000 lbs constant weight, not including passengers.

Based on aggregated data so far, seems like I'd be close to stock height with the 819 springs?
Yea that sounds right based on what I saw with installing the 819 on mine for 2 wks lol. You aren’t in CO are you? I will sell you the 819

I have the 821s on right now. So far, so good. Feels similar to stock. By the weekend,I'll have a few hundred miles on them so I'll remeasure to see if they've settled at all.

For those interested, here's what the 821s look like in terms of compression with a bit over 1000 lbs load.

What has everyone done for the front to avoid a crazy rake (like I’ve got now)?
I've got the Westcott spacer on my front end. Raised the front end by an inch or so and I really haven't noticed any difference in ride quality. We'll see when I get my bumper and winch. I may end up replacing the spacer with stouter springs like I did in the rear....

Yea I recall chatting w you about those. I just couldn’t get myself to do the spacer since I’d need to take the strut off anyway. I should have the all dog offroad front springs installed this Friday so I’m hoping that gets me sorted

Took my OR out this new years for some camping and lite off roading.... with about 600 lbs on the bed with the 819s. I love the fact that my Bed sits about 25 inches tall... It allowed the truck not to drag the bed on departures. The ride quality is great although I do feel a difference on the fact that the bed sits tall compared to stock but not a major issue. I have a 2 inch lift from peak suspension on the front.

How's your rake on the front? What's the front measurement from center of wheel to fender?
