Can you tell us what happened to make you think it malfunctioned? Don't hold back 'cause the technology is new to a lot of us who are still trying to understand how it works.

I don't mean to hijack the OP, but I can share my current experience with this, and a few other interesting features that happened all at once.

On startup after day 1 of my new 2025 Tacoma(380 miles) I got this, and several other error codes.

Feels fine to drive mostly, with exception to a weird shudder around 26 mph with 15% throttle. (That could be a different issue.) Nevertheless, I have a second scheduled appointment at the dealership to troubleshoot.

The first time it happened I disconnected/reconnected the battery so I could clear the codes and continue my 900 mile trip back home. Stopped at a dealership on the way, and they couldn't see anything on their scan tool. These messages on the instrument panel were gone, but the multimedia display still had these messages stored. I didn't feel like dealing with more downtime midway through my trip, so I finished my travels at the blessing of this dealership.

The lights came back on today, so dealership #3 will be getting the truck without me clearing the codes. I'll post if/when they find the solution.

No way of knowing without diagnostic. One thing goes and everything safety disables, we've seen it with the grille shutters.

One guy on Facebook had all these lights on too PLUS his 4H 4L lights lit up in Amber, his turbo wouldn't spool and a couple other things. Obviously not your problem, but goes to show could be anything lol
