My truck has the spray in bed liner from the factory. I was wondering if anyone else has this issue? I backed my truck into my driveway which is on a slope, and when I looked at it after rain the next morning, the bed was full of water. Like 3-4 inches. I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen, so I'm wondering what I should check.

There are drain holes in the composite bed without the bed liner. You should be able to find them and clean them out.

I also have a factory spray in line. At the front of the bed should be 4 or 4 small drain holes spread across the front

Can you see the drain holes? If the are not there for some reason you can re-drill them.

I have factory spray in. As stated, it came with drilled holes (I had 3 of them, left center right, each 1/4" in diameter).

They are missing, just take a drill and high speed bit and create a few. Just take your time so it's clean. I drilled two new ones at 1/2" diameter to be able to slip my tonneau drain tubes straight down and through.

Mine doesn't look like it has holes??? Can someone take a picture of where their holes are so I know where to drill? Probably going to have the dealer do it at first service because I'd rather them be on the hook if they mess up the bed liner.
