How do I access my bumper/rear parking sensors?

It seems like a few of my rear parking sensors are not fully secured (they look like they got pushed inward into the bumper).

Does anyone know how to access behind the bumper to see what's going on?

Those sensors are just taped in if you can believe that. You you should be able to remove the outer cover and retape them.
