Here's the update from the latest sheet. It was exactly a week since the last update so this gives us some rough weekly numbers. This took a lot of time, I'd appreciate if you please DO NOT copy/paste it without linking to this post here.


Everything in RED is a change from last week (1/9/24 - SEE PREVIOUS UPDATE).

TRENDS: Allocations are outpacing sold vehicles about 2:1 so far. While ADM percentage and average amount is holding steady, I've noticed more dealerships with ADMs in the upper range and ADMs on average are higher in the higher trims, as expected. Ice Cap and Underground are by far the most allocated and sold color so far. The easiest to find vehicles will be SR5 and TRD Sport but the latter is also the most marked-up.

Sad there is no additional bronze oxide allocations for TRDOR this week. What is this a limited color or something? There's only like 10 in California and of course all with crazy ADMs.

A member here asked for a comparison of the 1/16/24 versus 1/9/24 allocations sheet so I ran a compare function in Excel.

This is useful for seeing all the changes made to the allocations and SOLD vehicles. You can see changes to Dealer Price, Markup/ADM, Expected Delivery ETA, Last Update, etc.

Good work @Mackieallan. Just what I was lookng for. As suspected from the other thread, it looks like a bunch of the January deliveries have been pushed to end of month or into February. Timeframes windows have sharpened.

So what does it mean if my allocation is now gone from the spreadsheet? It was there earlier this week and showed it was pending sale and had a dealer hold. I have a deposit on it but it’s not showing up anymore….i emailed my guy but haven’t heard back yet. Am I screwed?

Might want to see if it is on the sold tab or call your dealer. Another poster said his allocation was pulled from the dealer by toyota.
