Someone started this in a different thread and I thought it was interesting to see what other folks have enjoyed over the years. I readily admit, I dont have a lot of discipline when it comes to buying cars, trucks and motorcycles. However, I’m a very strong negotiator and rarely lose much, often break even, and sometimes even come out ahead. added acquisition costs on some for reference.

Note that these aren’t necessarily posted in order of acquisition.

I’m young, so I don’t have any long list of purchasing cars or anything but I’ll include the vehicles that my parents got for me or let me drive before I got my own.

I'm a single GenX; I own more properties than I do cars. I figured with the few cars I've driven thus far, adding a couple of pictures will make this post seem bigger than it actually is. LOL

1985 Toyota AE86 Sprinter Trueno (White) - Dad passed this car to me, he built it from the ground up; I drove it throughout HS. (Dad still has this car; it's his baby along with his 2020 Lexus GX-Silver.)

1991 Toyota Camry V6 XLE Sedan (Super White) - Mom passed this car to me to use throughout college. (My brother and I bought our mom a 2021 AMG C63 - Polar White.)

1995 Toyota Camry SE 2Dr Coupe (Green) - First car I purchased (Used) for $6K right after I started working. I've added a few modifications since I bought it stock. Sold it for approx $8K before I bought my first Taco.

2008 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport (Dark Blue w/ Silver Racing Stripes) - First truck I purchased (New) for $20K; it's been 16yrs and it still looks relatively new. Added a few modifications like TRD Supercharger, cold air intake plus a couple of cosmetic improvements.
