No Grab Handle on Tacoma Off Road TRD 2024

Toyota is telling me that they don’t make the handle for this particular model. Any idea why they would not include it? The hole covers are there.

My 24’ TRD OR has they call an integrated passenger side handle. I find this is completely inadequate, too discreet to be seen, and too high for short passengers to reach.
If there was a way to replace it with handles like the rear seats include, I’d be interested.

Agreed re completely inadequate. The corporate bean-counters prevailed. Profit over practicality.

It is better than nothing, but a handle where there is an opening to wrap your fingers around it would be better. I bet that's something that will happen on later year trucks though.
