The 0FG Exhaust:







Single 3” American-sourced T304L stainless steel with a wall thickness of .065” runs smoothly from front to back, featuring a factory-matched flange at the inlet, bolting up right after the emissions equipment.




A bespoke, straight-through, dual resonated midpipe brings life to the 2.4T. Equipped with AWE’s patented drone-canceling 180 Technology® for in-cabin comfort, and an additional, tailored resonator responsible for keeping the tones rich and deep, the 0FG provides a proper soundtrack regardless of where you are in the rev range. Each 0FG Catback features modular extensions for long wheelbase Tacomas, and they’re included in every kit.

Keeping the aggression at the rear of the Tacoma, and out of the cabin, is AWE’s patented drone-canceling solution, 180 Technology®.

As exhaust gasses exit the 2.4T engine and flow into an AWE 180 Technology® equipped resonator, they pass through strategically located ports, and into reflection chambers. Sound waves, carried by these exhaust gasses, bounce off the walls of the reflection chambers. By controlling the size and location of the ports and the chambers, we also control when the sound waves exit the chambers. The specific timing of when the reflected sound waves rejoin the main exhaust flow creates a one-hundred-and-eighty-degree out-of-phase sound wave that cancels out problematic frequencies.

Full-bodied aggression remains behind the driver, and complete comfort is achieved in the cabin at cruising speeds, all while unlocking a superior soundtrack and optimal flow compared to stock.

BashGuard™ & Dual Tips:

Drivers have the option between AWE’s high-clearance BashGuard™ configuration or dual 4.5” tip configuration.

BashGuard™: What’s BashGuard? Thanks for asking. The AWE BashGuard™ is appropriately equipped with a .125” thick reinforced stainless ring of the exhaust outlet, tucked up really high out of the way of danger. This configuration is barely visible when looking at Tacoma on the ground, and quite literally impossible for any of Earth’s obstacles to reach.




Dual Tip: Signature 4.5” slash-cut, double-walled tips are available in chrome silver or diamond black for drivers who want the look to match the exhaust note. The dual tips reside in the factory location, aligning with the left side of the rear bumper perfectly. Each tip is individually adjustable allowing depth into the bumper to be set according to personal taste.

I have AWE exhaust on my V8 Audi S5- AWE exhaust is simply divine on that engine. I couldn’t wait for AWE, and I purchased a magnaflow kit for my Tacoma… instant regret….sounds like a Acura integra with a fart pipe.

Sounds good. Hard to judge how loud it actually is on a video though, how much louder would you say it is from stock? I do want a little noise from my i4 but I'm not looking to be the town laughing stock like some of these i4 civics are lol.

To me stock was very quiet almost silent, so this system is a nice step up.

We will have more sound clips both inside and outside the truck as soon as the suite launches, stay tuned!

We run our systems on the dyno and publish that data on the product page for reference, which goes live on launch day.

However, we have been in search of a manual Tacoma in order to do this as the automatic we own was not allowing us to run a full pass on the dyno.

That being said, if anyone has a manual and is local to Horsham PA shoot me a DM!
