PNW Overland Expo '25 - Roll Call / Early Meet-up (maybe)?

Hey Everyone!

I know it's a bit early, but I just snagged my weekend camping pass to the PNW Overland Expo in Deschutes and was wondering who else was planning on going! Maybe we can get a big group of 4th gens together at the camp site or meet up a few days before and do some trail rides. This is my first year going to PNW Overland and am looking forward to building my network, as I am super new to the whole hobby. If anyone has any tips or advice for a first-timer, it would be greatly appreciated!

Same. I’m trying to head down on Wednesday to explore some trails or get some mountain biking in.

I am planning on going this year. I heard their campground isn’t that great and private. Basically open for anyone to walk through the camp area. I was going to research disperse camping or developed campgrounds near the area.

While the “field camping” doesn’t sound great, it’s nice being there to meet others who are there to have a good time. We also bring out Traxxas RC crawlers for a night cruise too!

Since it’s my first time i figured I’d just do it the original way. I’ll try something new next year if I do it again
