I'm still waiting for some one to install and confirm the axel back will fit on a long bed.

I would check to see where the extra length of exhaust is. On my short bed, there is ~8 inches of pipe behind the muffler on the left before it mates to the axle back component.

If your long bed truck has more than that behind the muffler before it mates. Then I would reckon the axle back would fit your truck. My guess is it will because the extra length in the long bed is positioned before the rear tires, so everything from the rear tires back would be identical.

Hope this helps.

I wish we had a parts person on here that could confirm the part#s for the stock tail pipe on long bed and short beds are the same.

Cat-back would imply you have both the center pipe and the axle-back. You got the center pipe too?
Ooh I stand corrected, basically the cat comes right off the engine so pretty much all of it is “cat-back’….

So yes, just the “back from the axel”…

I would guess the Performance Exhaust Full system would not be compatible, but the axle back would be. I would surmise the center pipe for the long bed would end at a similar place as the sort bed - near the rear axel….

Copy that. Thanks for reply. I just bought the axle back performance exhaust, so gonna join the club. Happy to hear it both sounds and looks better.

I'm thinking the extra length is forward of the muffler. Aft of the muffler looks the same as the short bed...minus the rust..lol

No 20% off up here in Canada ...and the regular price is around $1000CDN for the axel back piece.
Black Friday ever year is a guaranteed additional 25% off site wide on top of dealer discount. May be worth waiting until then.

I think you’ll be happy. It’s not loud but adds enough tone to where driving it is enjoyable. If you’re just looking to get A to B with as little theatre as possible then it’s probably not for you. But if you want just a little character when you put the pedal down then this exhaust is for you. Adds a touch of soul to the drive without being obnoxious.
