SmartCap how much mileage difference?

It's hard to tell for sure but I think I saw an improvement.

I don't see a noticeable difference, when I'm not carrying any of my camping gear nor have anything on my roof rack. I can get the same 20-22 mpg depending on I drive.

When I'm weighed down with all my gear, it's a different story. I'm down in the 17-20 range, which is pretty good, I guess.

Don't know if anyone's still interested but I repeated a road trip with my smartcap installed. ~1000mi trip.

w/o cap: 23.5 mpg
w cap: 23.7 mpg.

Cap has little to no effect on mileage (probably aerodynamics offset extra weight).

OR Long Bed Automatic, stock tires and suspension. 240lb driver, 50-75 lbs of stuff.
