Trailer Ball came in

Yesterday the dealership called me that my trailer ball is ready to pick up. 5 months later I picked up my off road premium.

I didn’t know that trailer ball was missing at that time. The sales person also didn’t mention about it.

My dealer called about a month after I picked up my truck to tell me my "coin holder" had arrived. I live 800km from the dealer so they very kindly mailed it to me. The "coin holder" is an ashtray insert for the cup holder.

They mentioned they owed me a trailer ball when I picked up my truck in May. Still haven’t seen it.

there was a paper in the truck from the factory or port saying the ball was missing and would come in. Ans that the dealer would call me when it came in. I knew at that moment I’d never see it, bought a ball within days later.….. still yet to receive a call for it…. Don’t expect to get a call either.
