No, measured from center of wheel/hub. Different size tires and tire wear will change the measurement from the ground so center of hub is more consistent across vehicles when talking lift. I'm happy to measure from ground tomorrow if you would like. I'm on stock tires with about 10k miles.

I need to take a measurement for another member anyway so let me try your method and see what I get

My truck sits way lower which had me in a panic .. then realized you’re lifted lol

Think I am 23 or 23.25 in front and 23.5 in back. Hard to measure correctly with the angles of the tires etc

Mind if I asked what you spent on the lift / springs? Did it impact your factory shocks? Did you do it for weight bearing or running clearance ?

Yeah, it's a little hard with the tire poke.

The Peak lift cost $130 for the spacers and I installed myself.

The Dobinson springs were $270 plus like $60 in shipping. Also installed myself. I went with the C59-819V for the load and lift, but you can go lighter with the C59-817V which would probably have a similar height as mine, but with a stock load (no additional weight) on a Trailhunter. There's also the C59-869V which is for stock load, but I think would be similar to stock Trailhunter height, maybe 1/4' lift since all the specs are based on regular stock TRD Tacomas. There was not information for the Trailhunter so I had to take a gamble when I ordered the springs. Very happy with the result. I would go with the C59-817 if you don't have any additional constant weight.

No impact to shocks. The OME shocks have a considerable amount of additional travel so I stuck with the stock OME in the rear. The Peak 1" lift has not effect on shock travel so a non issue up front as well. Control arms and CV angles are fine as well. Also no problem aligning within specs.

The Peak 1" did a great job up front, no change in ride comfort from stock.

For the Dobinson, you may have to take a little gamble depending on what you want. Below is a screenshot for the rear spring options showing potential lift/load. Keep in mind these lift numbers are for an SR5 or TRD Sport / Off-Road truck, not the Trailhunter. Supposedly we have a 1" lift in the rear already and I think that is a spring lift so you would need to subtract 1" from the lift numbers for what will actually be achieved against the stock Trailhunter. My suggestion would be either the 869 or the 817 depending on if you want .25" of lift or 1.25" of lift. If adding the Peak 1" lift, I would definitely go with the 817 (personally). All this assumes stock load.

As for comfort, I can only speak to my experience with the extra 400# of weight I am carrying. Others have added various Dobinsons in the rear and reported similar comfort to stock.
