Dealer told me today on our weekly update: “projected release date is Aug 9, but hoping for earlier than that.”

Sigh.
Where are you getting your Trailhunter from if you don't mind me asking? Mine is in PA.

Did he tell you that was the projected release from the QC hold? Curious how he knows that. Their portal they use is super vague normally and just says QC hold check back every Friday. Wonder if it shows that on there? According to my dealer there is no change.

Frustrating. I have a lot riding on the date of the truck in terms of buildout. Fly to IA from Denver and drive back with the truck and then traveling out to WA to get the Lone Peak installed. Next I have two shops out here doing the bed buildout (electrical, drawer, fridge slide, water tank, etc). Still super stoked, but just want the damn truck!

I leave for camping on August 11th. Would be nice to take a new truck instead of my wife’s electric SUV. Come on Toyota, release the Trailhunters!

Honestly, my local dealer has a few OR premium LBs for sale. Would be a lot cheaper and do what I need. But I know I would regret not waiting a little longer for the truck I really want.

Edit: And for what it’s worth, I was told 3 weeks ago that my truck was in the US, just needed loaded onto a truck and delivered to the dealership. Then the QC hold hit. I think I was VERY close.

Same for me. I wanted to get to Colorado this fall but I'm starting to think I'll have to wait until next year.

Mine is in CT.

That’s the exact words he said. He didn’t say how he knew. He’s not my contact at the dealership - he’s either the guy filling in for my guy while he’s on vacation, or his supervisor.

My guy said the same thing yours said - check back every Friday.

Got mine in Socal June 18. Only issue so far is the cargo bay light, interior bed lamps and the exterior 'bed scene' lights aren't working. Dealer appointment coming Thursday.
what dealership did you get it from. Did they install aftermarket alarm system ? If they did, I'm willing to bet they wired into the light circuit maybe that's why your lights do not to work?

I refused all the dealer aftermarket junk and as the truck was in transit, I was fine. Issue with the lights ended up being a short in the driver side bed rail with the bed scene lights. It took them all out. Tracing that was not easy per my local dealer. That bed rail is one piece and a new one is on order. In the interim, it's unplugged and all the other lights work.

Is it just TH’s or is it iForceMax Hybrids? My Limited iForceMax ETA was just pushed out 10 days longer🤬
