Hybrid release date update (from my dealer)

August, November, LOL. That is nothing, had my deposit in since May and my dealer just told me I may not even get my Hybrid till the end of the year! Not sure what they know or what they are only letting their customers know. Hoping for under promised and over delivered.

Damn that sucks man!! My dealer wouldn't let me put a deposit in May. That's when I initially tried to. Just idk how I lucked out with a build allocation. Maybe I went through a bigger dealer? Idk

Yea I put $2500 down it says non refundable also. I wish we knew the pricing also hopefully we find somethings out tomorrow with the release information that is supposed to happen. But who knows! My guy told me when the pricing comes out he will file the rest of the build sheet in. This was mainly to confirm that is the build I want. I also told them I would wait for exactly what I wanted. And honestly I kind of want the premium package now but without knowing price yet I'm unsure to change it.

I have had my deposit down since last November and have just been waiting on a list! But yes this is the next allocation of shipments for my dealer which allowed me to put my name on what I wanted

Stevinson Toyota just called me with a build date of mid June, delivery mid July he claimed. Unfortunately they had me down incorrectly for a TRD OR, so I passed on it.

They moved me over to their Trailhunter list. So Denver should be seeing some of these trucks somewhat soon, assuming there aren't another round of delays.

I was told by my dealer that the hybrids started being built the beginning of April. Now which trims are being built first I’m not sure. My TH is suppose to be built by mid May. I have a spec sheet and VIN just waiting for official pricing like the rest of us.

All deposits are refundable. Don't let them lie to you.

Also, dealers here didn't ask for a deposit on a TRD Pro. They said the expected cost is so high they don't expect them to sell very well. Promised a deep discount if I took a Pro.

Well spoke with my dealer here in Denver today about the hybrid OF I have a deposit down on. Was told the official release and driver date is in June! That's so lame! Guess I won't have my truck before the end of the summer.

Well, I'm just getting the standard Off-Road and my build date isn't until June 10th, so June doesn't sound too bad to me for the hybrid You just better hope that there is actual supply after that date...and in more than the one or two colors you don't want!

I just got a call from my dealer and they have an allocation for a TRD PRO in the Underground color, with July as delivery date. My first choice was Terra or Black, but now that I’ve seen the Underground first hand I told him I’d take it. Wellll, we still got to get the pricing but hopefully I don’t have to put my retirement back a couple years. Maybe I’ll just spend the kids education fund, they’re smart they won’t need the money.
But seriously, hope they don’t bend me over.

Mid July for my build! Confirmed the build sheet and all with the dealer this weekend! In underground color way TRD Of hybrid with upgrade package larger screen and moon roof!
