Yeah. This was actually right outside my apartment. I was turning into our parking lot, and the other person ran the red light. You know the area here?
I’m in Lakewood. Let me know if I can help in any way. Glad you’re okay 🤝

Do you have any information as to how fast both the other driver, and yourself were traveling at the time of impact? Very curious. None the less, pre your comments -- you walked away. People have died from less of an impact, so I'd consider this a very fortunate experience despite the crash. None the less, hopefully you'll be feeling well soon. That's quite a shock to the body, of course.
I don’t know the exact speed he was going. But I was actually stopped at the moment of impact. There were other cars in that driveway I was pulling into, and one of them started backing up for unknown reasons. So I had to stop mid-turn. About a half second later, I experienced the impact. All the damage was due to the other truck’s movement as he blazed right through the red light.

I know how you feel. Back in the early 1980s, I purchased my first new truck. I was on my way home with it the day of the purchase, and a vehicle crossed the center line and hit me head on, totaling my truck with about 12 miles on the odometer.

Other than the trauma of a crash and any injuries, there’s that sickening feeling of watching a brand new vehicle destroyed.

Hope ya heal up and come out ok on the financial side.
