It plugs into an existing wire in the Tacoma, what the wire is I'm not sure but they said all Tacoma's (In Canada) should have it.

I didn’t know they offered this as an option. I definitely want it now. Can anyone verify if it fits on US models?

if either of you figure out if I can buy a digital rear view mirror and put it in my Canadian spec taco I’ll dive more into it but apparently it just plugs into a wire that is already there. On all Tacoma’s in
Canada.
