So... pickup turning radiuses:

Mid-size:
Tacoma: 21'
Colorado/Canyon: 19.7'
Ford Ranger: 19.6'
Jeep Gladiator: 20.8'
Nissan Frontier: 21.7'

Full size:
GMC Sierra: 23.5'
Ford F150: 24'
Dodge Ram: 24.4'

There's not a lot of difference in the mid-sized truck world. Perhaps the Pro is different.

When I was test driving all the midsize trucks. It felt like the Toyota had the best turning radius. Frontier the worst. I’m surprised the numbers are showing the Colorado better. I wonder if that’s the 2 Wheel Drive version.?

Hmmmm. Interesting! Prior to my 2024 Taco (which I affectionately call "Taco 2"), I had a 2001 Taco SR5 Double Cab. (I call this one "Taco 1". I kinda still do... I've gifted it to my son-in-law). Anyway, Taco 2 has a TIGHTER turning radius than Taco 1! I've noticed this numerous times when I went to the same places.

… Was convinced the multiple cameras on my TH were there to help me deal with the turning radius and not for off-roading.

Glad I’m not the only one dealing with it, I take my time and it’s manageable.

Trailhunter turning radius does stink, even with the 5' bed. My 1994 Landcruiser was much much better!

I guess it depends on what you drove before your Pro, since it seems pretty normal to me. Sure the turning radius is larger than I would prefer, but it turns tighter than my Tundra did.

I don't think it stands out as huge compared to other midsize trucks from what I have been able to determine, since they are all within a foot or so of each other. I wonder how many people who find it horrible are first time truck owners?

4,000 miles on my PRO and love the power (had my 2002 TRD OR for 21 years).
What I don't like is the turning radius, especially in parking spaces. This thing turns like a 3/4 ton pick up.
Do all 2024's turn like this or just the PRO's & Trail Hunters?
All depends on what you’ve driven before but even more, the modifications you’ve made. I’ve owned an 85 extended cab and if I compare that to my 4G, my 4G TRD sucks (and I had 32s on her). J had a JL Wrangler 2 door, lifted 4” with 35x12.5s… my turning radius was better than my 16’ lomg 2001 Miata NB2. Now that I am in a 4G from the JL Rubicon, it turns like a boat but the 4G is also about 18-20” longer. Now that I have a 3” lift, 285x11s and have taken all the measures (no mud flaps or crash bar), my radius is better but nothing like the Jeep that’s made for tight trails., even on 12.5” wide tires. Tbh, it’s the nature of the beast and the 3rd gen versus 4G Is wider and longer.
