I haven't seen too many mentions of the RetraxONE MX so I figured I'd post my very quick review, since I just installed it this weekend (pics attached for those interested).
Overall, the install was pretty easy. I had no idea what I was doing, and I got it done in about 1 hour. Despite what I've heard from others, it's not very heavy. You can definitely lift the canister yourself, but you do need a 2nd person to help you place it in the bed. It's very low profile. Unnoticeable from the side. Of course, the canister does take up some room in the bed but it's really not bad at all. I'm happy with the way it came out.
The only issue I have with it is the drain tubes, which are too big for the stock drain holes in the bed. I followed someone else's suggestion and bought a 1/4" ID x 1/4" MIP hose barb adapter. I wish the kit came with something other than "figure it out on your own" but that's about it.
It's not a cheap cover but if you're in the market for a retractable, I would recommend this.
