These seats are strange. Mine started out quiet, made noises for a while and now have gone silent again. I think mine only made noise when I had them in the off road setting and stopped when I switched them back to the on road setting. Has anyone experimented with that?

It will be interesting to see if Toyota does anything about this and if dealers keep punting and saying it is normal.

If you dealer doesn't do anything you can bring it up with Brand Engagement, although that is a long shot from what I can tell.

@TacoFreak the passenger ISO Dynamic seat in my TRD PRO has been squeaking since day 1. I've called Toyota Brand Engagement multiple times as well as logged the same issues with my local dealership. Unfortunately, I was told by the service manager until Toyota creates some type of remedy, that I'm basically stuck with a squeaking passenger seat. I've adjusted the PSI, changed the off-road to road settings, and have also adjusted the lumbar settings to get rid of the squeaking. However, none of these solutions have worked. The dealership was "unable" to replicate the same noise even after keeping my PRO for a whole day. Any recommendations or advice to fix the squeaking is appreciated. Brand engagement did seemed concerned with my issue as the gentleman who assisted me called 2-3 times per week, but brand engagement can also go so far until Toyota finds an actual solution.

Good info @YourOnlineHero - you have certainly touched every base on this. My seats make a click if I push back on the upper seat and sometimes rattle on rough roads. If they were as bad as yours are I would be all over this too.

I guess making Toyota aware that this is a problem might lead to some kind of fix, but I can't say I would be happy to have my dealer's service department taking apart these complex seats. Definitely let us know if Toyota ever gives you an answer. My truck is so tight and solid that any rattle really stands out and is irritating as hell.
