Is anyone aware of front and rear lift options that fit the OME Trailhunter suspension? Looking for 1-2" up front and 1-2" in the rear with stiffer spring options for standard load of about 400# extra weight from canopy, rack, boxes, etc. Rear sags 1-1.5" from added weight. I would like to correct the sag and add some additional clearance.

Can't seem to find much of anything that is Trailhunter specific.

Hey guys - need some help here - is it “normal” that the passenger side is a little higher than the driver side? I think half an inch up front. Also, are most folks at around 38-38.5” from center cap to fender as shown in the photo with stick tires on the trail hunter?

I’m also watching this. I’d like to do something like the peak suspension 1” for the front, but I would like to similarly lift the rear around an inch as well. I dont mind the slight rake because i load the truck regularly enough.
I’ve submitted an inquiry with peak suspension and will report back with their response.

I have heard westcott is working out one soon. Heard they did one for Toyota and another member getting one installed in the 13th they will be adding pictures to the site after that install. Or so the story goes :)

I ended up putting the Peak Suspension 1" lift spacer up front (7/16" thick spacer yields 7/8"-1" of lift) and the Dobinsons C59-819V coils in the rear (Mfr. claims 1.25"-2.25" lift in rear on stock Tacoma, but there is the Trailhunter lift to account for that is not super clear how much and how achieved). I have about 400# constant load back there and have about 1.25" of rake. The Dobinsons springs ride better than stock in my opinion, but that could be due to the extra load on the stock springs from the Canopy/rack/box. I am very happy with the results.

Front Center hub to fender - ~23.5"
Rear Center hub to fender - ~24.75"

Some variation from side to side is pretty common on a lot of vehicles. I put coilovers on my last car and measured both front and back from side to side with the stock suspension. There was a lot more difference than you would have ever guessed just from looking at the car.

My passenger side front is a full half inch taller. Not a huge deal but don’t know what’s “normal” nor do I know what most TH trucks measure to the fender from the floor, so hard to know if it’s a short on the driver or high on the passenger or in between. Not enough to worry about, and can be adjusted I would think.

I would say that a half inch is well within expected tolerances. A lot of things can contribute to that in a production vehicle and it is not uncommon on Tacomas - it's just that Taco lean that @Vidman mentioned.

Yeah. And my gas tank is on the passenger side, so when I fill up I think it’s less than half an inch. Right now I’m near empty.

No, measured from center of wheel/hub. Different size tires and tire wear will change the measurement from the ground so center of hub is more consistent across vehicles when talking lift. I'm happy to measure from ground tomorrow if you would like. I'm on stock tires with about 10k miles.
