Just installed these 295/70R17 (33.3”) on 17” Method 314 (+25 offset) on my TRD OR with stock suspension and there’s no rubbing! I haven’t fully flexed everything out, but it all looks like it’ll fit when stuffed. Also didn’t have any rubbing when turning into my driveway at full lock. I’ll be updating once I get it on some ramps in this post and on my IG below.

That looks really good. I was actually contemplating this size as well with that same offset. I do plan on off-roading and that looks really close to the fender wells. Might be better with a level?

It’d likely be better, yes

, but I just put an 8” ramp on both the front driver and rear passenger sides of the truck, getting it pretty decently stuffed, and I still couldn’t see any spots where it was/would rub. Maybe at that kind of stuff if you turned too much in one direction you’d touch some of the liner, but that’s really all I can see happening with this setup.

To me, the +25 offset is the sweet spot. I like the wider stance but not a fan of a lot of poke. Your truck looks great!
Thanks dude! I agree, +25 is the perfect amount of poke.

@IAmGroot Do you think 285/70/R17 tires would also work with this method wheels? I am all over the forum and trying to decide what wheels to go for. Mine is same color as yours but TRD Sport. It does seem that I am not that far away. I am based off Santa Cruz.

Maybe I should just get the same wheels/tires. What width are your method 314 rims?

Howdie neighbor! Yeah I think those would work considering mine are larger and they fit.

Have you been able to do a full suspension cycle and see if there is any rubbing? I'm looking at this setup in a KO3 with stock suspension, plus possibly a leveling kit. Would prefer the 295 over 285, but only if there is no rubbing.

How much poke? Or same as stock with your +25 offset?
I want a little poke but not extreme.

Looks good!

what do you do for TPMS sensors? Did you have to get your own or does the tire ship have them and just clone the stock wheels?
