Is there any concern about Toyota voiding warranty after making adjustments using tools like Carista? I would definitely like to turn off the seatbelt chime and a few other things but would hate to have Toyota using this as an excuse to void potential warranty things down the road.
Like 10+ degrees or so. The TRDs have a menu in the display that will show you pitch and what kind of angles you're sitting at. Not sure if the SR5 also has this.
I have 13k miles on my 24 Tacoma. In the last couple days I noticed that whenever I’m stopped on an incline, my RPMs jump up to about 1100rpm. Usually when I’m idling on flat ground it’s around 500 rpm.

I’ll probably get the Toyo open country’s after these wear out. Not sure if the 285/18s will fit. What kind of wheel offset do you have?
Very nice man. I’m not a big fan of the poke look and also struggled with wheel choice. I do 99% street driving with the occasional forest service road so I wanted to stay with 265s for MPGs and ride quality. I started with Wildpeaks but after 10k miles started getting a weird vibration and had...
for what its worth, when I did my first oil change 5.5 quarts put me right in the middle of the dipstick and I think the manual calls for 6. I always do half a quart less then the manual calls for and then adjust based on the dipstick because there will always be a little old oil throughout the...
No problems from my transmission and I'm at 11k miles. I had a few rough shifts at the beginning but everything smoothed out once the computer learned my driving style.
It looks like debris is causing the solenoids to fail. If that's the case then it will be a sudden failure without a bunch of...
