How long from ordering till receiving your system did it take? Ordered mine late today so not estimate yet. Just curious.
Hey, sorry I never replied. Decked was actually really quick, about 7 days after ordering it was shipped. Hopefully, you got yours!

This is specifically for the 24 Tacoma with Power Bed Accessory. The instructions included have you buy some magnets and glue to modify the cover to the USB ports so I can access them. The deck has a cut-out on the right side so the plug door can open freely with no issue or modification.

I read Decked's instructions for modifying the USB port, and it looks relatively simple, but I won't know until I start taking everything apart. I'll capture some photos and post my thoughts.

Looking forward to how you do the Mod. I put the same system in my Trailhunter and have to Mod the t to get access to the compressor. I havenā€™t done it yet because I have a compressor to use for now. But I want to see how people come up with new ideas.

Does it seem like it'll be easy to mod for the compressor? My truck is about to arrive and I have a system waiting for it, but I really don't want to cover my compressor as I need access to it.

Hi all, Happy 4th! I hope you're having a good one.

I completed the USB/12V charger cover mod for the Decked system and wanted to just share some pictures. Overall pretty simple and straight forward process. I used a small hack saw to cut the cover, but think a Dremel Wheel would be a better tool. I also used 4 magnets on the cover instead of the 3 recommended by the instructions. Finally, I swapped out the D-ring tie downs with the Charvonia Designs ones, and swapped the handle on the drawer to black, to keep my "blacked out" theme going.

@OHTacoCamper Did you have to disconnect and reconnect the battery when unplugging and plugging back in the charging port?

No, I did not disconnect the battery. I simply unplugged and plugged the charging port back in after making the modifications.

The lid flipping that came with the Decked instructions felt a little too invasive for my taste, did this instead:

hey there- appreciate all the info youā€™ve posted.

Curious on how well the air hose cleared or if you had to further mod to get good clearance.

The air hose did not clear, the angle interfered with the connector. removing and altering the factory box to accommodate a swivel connector was a pretty extensive mod. The instructions that came with the Decked system for flipping the lid works for a power accessory configuration but absolutely does not take into account the Trailhunter compressor setup, it is a lot more complex. I posted a series of photos on TW, but here's a couple to give you an idea:

I've been looking everywhere for this exact answer. Thank you for taking the time to take pictures and detail out your fix.

I like your swivel fix. Looks like it works well enough to get by.

Iā€™m just curious ā€¦ this plate looks like itā€™s removable ā€¦ is the access to the connector manageable enough with this cover removed? Like, could you use a regular unmodified airhose connector if you went through the trouble of removing that cover Every time you needed it?

iā€™m pretty much ready to pull the trigger on a decked drawer but this is truly my only hangup. Iā€™m grappling with the total lack of storage in this truck and other than this one issue a decked system solves it for me.

With the hoses and connectors I had, no, couldn't get the connector to engage even with the stash bin cover off. That being said, you may be able to find a shorter connector, or as someone else had mentioned get a swivel female end and it might work. I started down the rabbit hole with putting the male swivel connector on and just kept going until I made it work and I'm happy with the result, but can't say I'd do it again given what I know now.
