My average highway speed is around 88 mph, so I'm sitting at about a 18.9/19.0 average mpg over 3800 miles. When i get a full tank it's usually reading ~290 miles to E

My Average MPG is 26, I usually show close to 400, it adjusts accordingly. I get over 400 per tank. My highest is 32 MPG on a trip.

Oh yea, I don't pay attention to it until it is like 10 miles left. Even then, it only fills with like 14 gallons.

From Canada. I’ve been doing a lot of highway road trips since I got my truck.

it’s been averaging 550 kms from full to zero. Which is about 65 liters. There should be another 15 liters of reserve so full to absolute zero is about 650 kms or around 400 miles

Toyota has been very conservative about this for a long time. I can drive my Tundra past the light coming on and then down to where the gauge shows no gas remaining and still not be able to put the full capacity into the tank. I think the closest I have come still left 4 gallons remaining.

I think seeing it as 0 miles left makes it seem more real, when in reality you have many miles left before running out.
