Got the 1.25” wheel spacers on, looks much better. The wheels are now sitting at the equivalent of a +3 offset.
I have a very very minor rub on the rear side of the front fender at certain turns. Still on stock suspension, it will go away if I lift the front at all.
Did have to remove the crash plate and OEM mudguards.

truck looks great. just curious why youre building a pro, why not just buy it factory? All this work is probably around the 10k it would cost, no?

Thanks, I’ve spent 3k on the pro mods, and the pro doesn’t come in bronze or I might have. I also enjoy having usable rear seat space. And as someone who doesn’t off road, I don’t need the suspension.

makes sense, i figured it would of been way more than 3k in mods. i want to do the black roof asap.

For the life of me, I couldn't find this build thread on FB as mentioned by TRD.JON - glad I found it here!
I was really close to getting a Hybrid off-road... during my hunt, I came across a trailhunter on the lot LOL. Long story short, I think you all know what happened =).

Kudos to you for the dedication in finding the PNs and sourcing the parts.
Curious, do you think you would have skipped the front bumper cover if there was some bumper/fender piece you could have bought instead? Basically a part to fill in the gap/void with the PRO/TH fenders.

Thank you! I am really happy with the way it turned out.
To answer your question, maybe? But since that part doesn’t currently exist that really wasn’t an option. Either way I am not unhappy with the outcome as the pro bumper definitely looks better and gives some clearance to the front wheels while turning

I'm considering design a piece - I have trailhunter fenders (since I have a trailhunter LOL) and I just need a non-TH/non-PRO bumper to take measurements against. If I had a non-TH/non-PRO model, I'd be looking into what you did and try an OEM route as much as possible. I would have started with the fenders, only to find out it'd be incomplete. Thus, I'd be looking for the "missing" part (what I'd design) or go and source a TH/PRO bumper like you did. I'm trying to gauge how much interest there would be in the part - making the mold for a new plastic piece is very expensive so I'm not sure if the investment would make sense lol

Tires look amazing. Not sure why some have rub with 33.7" tires and you have 34.1" and some even put 34.3" with zero rub and without removing crash pad. A mystery!

Probably due to minor differences in alignment specs. With how close we’re playing here it wouldn’t take much to cause some rub.

That was my thought. I’m stuck at the moment. I don’t like the weight of the KO3s and Falkens and cannot find the Nokians anywhere. And cannot really get excited about a 33.2” tire.

OP: how bad is performance hit from the 34.1” falkens
you can feel it, and I lost about 5mpg. I not know that other tires would be much better
