I just pulled the trigger on 275/70/18 KO3's. It was a tough decision, but they checked all the boxes.
Niiice. Now here the question, letters in or out?

also, you should see if 275 will fit where the spare goes

DT has both the Falkens and KO3s and I love the KO3 look but I feel the Falkens will be more comfy on long drives.

I think I am going to go letters in. I do like the look of the letters, but with the ice cap, might be a bit much. I am going to ask them to see if it will fit, heard from others the spare space does not have a lot of extra room.

Details, Jerry. Details.

Ride quality. Vibration. Sound. Performance.
Ha! I don't have them mounted yet, getting shipped from tire rack. Had a small credit with them so the final price was tough to match anywhere else. Might be a week or so to get them mounted, there is a long wait right now in VT - everyone is changing over their summer to winter tires...

I'll post pics and a review once I get them mounted.

See what happens if you under-inflate it by a bit. Might be able to squish it in then

I'm curious, did you change your spare to the 275/70/18's as well an did it still fit under the bed? I'm picking up a Trailhunter in the next week or so and looking at that tire size and the KO#'s are definatey on my short list of tires.

Thanks to you guys, I've decided to go with 275/70/18 for my next set of tires for my black TH. Now the only question remaining is KO3 or AT4W. Also if I do go with the KO3 will the white lettering be too much.

I personally like the black raised lettering for mine. It's solar octane so I wanted a cleaner look. It's probably more personal preference more than anything. I was looking at both of those tires yesterday and one thing I found was that the AT4W are generally heavier when you compare tire size and load range. I'm even thinking of the Nitto Grapplers at standard load just to conserve some weight. Again, just depends on personal preference.

If I had a black TH and the bronze accents, white would be a bit distracting. However, like you said....personal preference. On my Bronze Oxide, I regret not having the white lettering facing the outside.
