I think the Lasfit company that advertises on here has DRL when you switch to their LSD turn signal bulbs.

^^^ yep. I now have led daytime running lights. Nothing like the pro but better than amber halogen.

I'm betting they would not work properly. The are LED and the Off Road's are incandescent. Even if you got them installed they would likely hyperflash or do some other weirdness. That's alot of cheddar to role the dice on a non returnable electric part.

I just came here to say. I may be wrong. But I remember reading somewhere if you leave the headlight in auto. In drive. I believe the lo beams acts as a set of DRL while you drive.

I want them on and my OR does not have them.
Your truck has DRLs. They all do. Most are the headlights running at a reduced brightness.

But if you want your lights always on full brightness, just leave the headlight switch in the ON position.

They will turn off automatically after a minute once you lock the car, or you can push the lock button twice to turn them off.

I personally hate DRLs that run the low beam - it cycles the headlights on and off way more than usual, and they will dim and burn out much faster. On my truck the LED headlights don't have replaceable bulbs so I'd REALLY like to avoid that.

I stand corrected.

in all the vehicles I ever owned equipped with DRL’s the “auto” position is what turns on the headlights and tail lights when it gets dark, the “ON” position (or the one with the little pic of the headlight) turns on the headlights and tail lights, and in any other position, the headlights come on but the tail lights do not. So in my wife’s Honda the while LED stop is the only thing that comes on and it does so when the engine is running.

If Toyota is using the “ON” position and then it turns off automatically, this sets them apart from other manufacturers who to this day have a chime that goes off telling you that your headlights are on.

My dealer told me leave it in the Auto position and the DRL’s are automatic but they were mistaken as Auto does not.
