so am I it's been dark here for hours...Not yet I'm MST time zone...lol
I've attached the pdf installation instructions which are fairly straightforward, but to provide power to the illuminated emblem you are required to connect to the Daytime Running Lights (DRL) 3-Pin connector which is located under the cool air intake on the right-hand side of the truck. I need to confirm which cable needs to be disconnected and reconnected to the illuminated emblem cabling ports. I am trying to avoid having to take the truck to a Toyota technician which will probably take five minutes. Any help in identifying the DLR cable connector on the right-hand side below the cool air intake would be appreciated.Has anybody installed the illuminated Toyota badge for the front grill?

It's the turn signal bulb plug. Just unplug it, plug in supplied cable and replug the bulb. Fairly straight forward. If you don’t have a tool, you can also just feel for the tab behind the bottom of the emblem, lift that and it comes right off without any damage. Incredibly simple.Kind of, but not really. it’s a little hard to describe, but it does peel off if you want to. It’s pretty durable. I’ve seen people plastic dip wheels in it last five years. The logo should be fine. since it’s got plastic properties. It looks like the plastic surrounding the logo on the grill. I popped off the logo using cell phone tools. I’ve also seen people use feeler gauges to pop it off . just go, gentle, and it’ll be fine. It comes in a spray. Can get it at Walmart, or I got mine from Amazon.
