Just found the solution to the front bias JBL sound system

I think we all agree the JBL is crap. It’s kinda the crappiest crap that ever crapped when it comes to “premium” audio.

The solutions so far was to add that small amp for more “Powah!!!”.

I was adjusting the system today and I think I found a good enough compromise for correcting the front bias and hearing strong sound from the rear speakers.

Try adjusting your F/R balance as shown below and set your volume to at least 50. I found it best on Max volume. I usually stream music from apple carplay from my phone. I would expect that volume to blow up your ears if you switch to radio or another source so turn it down before you switch.

I experienced that if i just connect phone for media then sound quality is way better as compared to playing through carplay

It's interesting that opinions are so varied about the JBL system. Mine is almost as good as the Mark Levinson system in my last Lexus, and my ears are kinda picky. It's perfectly acceptable as-is.

And if you feel it has a front bias... Yes, adjusting the fader to the rear is the solution.
